What if my Guide does not call me?

Look here for the next steps if you haven't received a call from your Guide at the scheduled time.

First, please double check your missed calls to ensure that your Guide has not called you. All Guide calls will come from the number (405) 300-5767 (the caller ID will indicate that the number is from Oklahoma). If it helps you, we recommend saving that number as a contact on your phone so that you will be able to recognize it in the future. Please note that this number makes outgoing calls only, so you won't be able to call your Guide yourself!

If you have missed calls from (405) 300-5767, please remember to keep track of when your Guide is scheduled to call you. You can always check on your upcoming scheduled calls by visiting your dashboard.

If a call was scheduled yet you never received one, please contact our support team as soon as you can so we can help you. Click on the icon at the bottom-right of any page to start a conversation with us, and be sure to tell us who your Guide is and when the call was scheduled.
